This is a very interesting and informative book. It went into both the eastern traditions of Chinese medicine and the western science of the nutrition for optimal health. This was extremely interesting you can tell this book was well researched.

Diet for Great Sex is exactly what it sounds like. DeLozier has intensively researched what food and drink is good and bad for sexual function. The author is clearly extremely knowledgeable on the topic, and she uses both scientific facts as well as anecdotal evidence to explain her theories.

The book is interesting and fun. It is occasionally a little fact-heavy, but it is a good read. The book also contains several recipes for anyone interested.
